In reality, we can practice yoga anywhere. We donβt have to go on a fancy retreat or the jungle to experience the depths of the practice and vastness of our souls. It is a practice that we develop overtime and something that takes time to learn. Our bodies slowly open up and we begin to get more comfortable with the way that our unique bodies feel. A home practice is essential now more than ever. Meditation is crucial in these times.

Included is a meditation ebook and 5 videos featuring our guided meditations. I will guide you through each meditation for a gentle experience of what may be a new experience for you.
The 5 themes we will cover are: grounding, connection, manifestation, visualization and, finally, a sound healing meditation. With each meditation being just over 10 minutes, these videos will be the perfect tool to help calm your mind and release anxiety.
