Welcome Home is a retreat designed for you to begin to enjoy your space right where you are. Although nothing can compare to an in-person live retreat, one thing that is unique about this experience is that you get to create sacred space in your home. In reality, we can practice yoga anywhere. We don’t have to go on a fancy retreat or the jungle to experience the depths of the practice and vastness of our souls. It is a practice that we develop overtime and something that takes time to learn. Our bodies slowly open up and we begin to get more comfortable with the way that our unique bodies feel. A home practice is essential now more than ever. Meditation is crucial in these times. Join us for a two-day deep-dive into grounding and connection to self!
